The Imperial IR-10-EW range has a wafer plate top. The illustrated Imperial Electric Pro Series 60-inch wafer plate range is a floor model. The Imperial IR-10-EW range has 10 plate elements. The wafer plates are thermostatically controlled. The Imperial IR-10-EW range is three-phase at 240 V. The standard oven accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The standard oven’s baffle distributes heat flow for even cooking temperatures throughout the 5.3 KW oven, and a splatter screen protects the element from spills.
