The Southbend BEMTS-60 has a rated capacity of 60 gallons (227 liters). The BEMTS-60 skillet is electrically heated. input kw: 18. voltage: 220. The skillet's controls are mounted in the cabinet base, and its hydraulic lift system is powered by a 1/2 HP electrical motor for smooth and precise tilting action. The pan is formed from 10-gauge 304 stainless steel with a #4-finish exterior and polished interior with coved corners for ease of cleaning and etched gallon markings. A cover is included as a standard feature of the BEMTS-60 skillet. The skillet cover includes a spring-assist hinge, full-width handle, no-drip condensate guide, and vent port with swing cover.
