The Electric Spec Series 36-inch ranges with griddle top bear an ETL safety listing mark. IHR-GT36-E. The chef-depth standard oven interior accommodates standard 18 in × 26 in (457 × 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished 3/4 in (19 mm) steel plate. Even heating elements across the griddle section provide consistent temperature across the plate. It has a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough and a removable grease can for easy cleaning; the large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The griddle plate is 21 in (533 mm) deep. The griddle top has thermostat controls. The standard oven has a high-performance 5 kW element that provides even heating throughout the oven interior. A unique baffle above the element distributes heat flow to provide even cooking temperatures throughout the 5 kW oven, and a splatter screen protects the element from spills. The IHR-GT36-E draws 57 A at 208 V, 3 phase. The IHR-GT36-E range has a total electrical requirement of 17.3 kW.
