The P32-XC combination top has two individual open top burners. The charbroiler section on the Southbend P32-XC combination top is 16 inches wide. The Southbend 16-inch charbroiler has two burners. The 16-inch charbroiler has removable cast iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width, stainless steel burner radiants, and a removable drip tray. Each burner on the Southbend 16-inch charbroiler is rated 18,000 BTU on LP. The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a standard 1-1/4-inch front gas manifold. The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a standard 1-inch rear gas connection. Each unit has a front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s); all sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). P32 models configured for propane require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C.
