Artisan Stone Deck Oven. The four-deck oven has a single-point utility connection, and its independent chambers allow separate bake cycles to be managed simultaneously. Each deck of the Doyon 3T4 oven holds (3) 18 × 26 inch full-size sheet pans. Each deck of the Doyon 3T4 oven has a cordierite stone interior. The Doyon 3T4 oven has programmable touchscreen control. The oven has full stainless steel construction, is assembled for quick installation, and has a single 1/2-inch water line connection and a 1/2-inch drain line out the rear. The Doyon 3T4 oven has a 480 V, 3-phase electrical configuration. The Doyon 3T4 oven's 480 V, 3-phase configuration is rated at 33.2 kW. The Doyon 3T4 oven's 480 V, 3-phase configuration draws 40 A.
