The JB-18 radiant char broiler has a listed input of 45,000 BTU. The char broiler requires propane at a minimum operating pressure of 10 inches water column. The char broiler is specified with a 3/4-inch gas connection. The broilers have infinite-control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. The heavy-duty four-bar cast iron top grates have built-in grease guides that channel away excess fat and reduce flaring. Two separate 14-gauge steel drip pans are provided to control flare-ups. The broilers have 12-gauge all-welded firebox construction. The JB-18 radiant char broiler has a listed depth of 27 inches. The JB-18 radiant char broiler has a listed width of 18 inches.
