The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. Each cavity of the Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 available rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has a two-speed blower fan and motor. The oven has dependent glass doors, low-emission glass, stainless steel construction, a heavy-duty welded steel frame, and a 5/8 in diameter full-length hinge pin. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's removable wire rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8 in centers.
