E8612V. At 4-1/2-inch slide centers, the E8612V cabinet has a tray capacity of 12. At 3-inch slide centers, the E8612V cabinet has a tray capacity of 18. At 1-1/2-inch slide centers, the E8612V cabinet has a tray capacity of 24. The E8612V cabinet depth is 31 inches (787 mm). The E8612V cabinet height is 65-1/2 inches (1664 mm). The universal tray slides are made of .125-inch-thick aluminum, with top, middle and bottom slides welded to uprights for additional support. The E8610V and E8612V universal tray slides are fully adjustable. The E8610V and E8612V universal tray slides have adjustment spacing of 1-1/2 inches. The universal slides hold two 12x20 pans or one 18x26 tray per slide; they also accommodate Gastronorm 2/1 pans (one per slide), 1/1 pans (2 per slide), and 20x20 glass racks. The cabinet is constructed of .080-inch-thick aluminum, heli-arc welded and reinforced at the center with 1/4 x 1-inch tie rods; specially extruded aluminum vertical uprights and horizontal top supports are heli-arc welded for rigidity and support.
