Electric Steam Kettle, Stationary Pedestal. capacity gal: 40. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle is self-generating. 24KW, 220V, 3PH. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle has a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low-water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low-water shutoff. Construction is all-welded #4-finish type 304 stainless steel. The interior liner is standard 316 for high-acid-content cooking. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle cover is hinged.
