Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" propane gas range with a standard oven base and stainless cabinet base, built for commercial indoor use. It has four 33,000-BTU patented clog-free cast iron open burners plus a 36" charbroiler on the right, for 273,000 total BTUs, so it fits high-volume line cooking and grilling more than a compact café setup. The standard oven is 45,000 BTU with standing pilot, 175°F–550°F thermostat range, and a porcelain-lined cavity that takes full-size pans both ways; the unit is 60.75"W x 34"D x 59.5"H and requires propane, 0.75" gas inlet, and professional installation.
