The Southbend P32-XH combination top has two open-top burners. The Southbend P32-XH combination top has a 16-inch hot top. The open-top burners on the Southbend P32-XH combination top are rated at 45,000 BTU each. The Southbend 16-inch hot top has two burners. The burners in the Southbend 16-inch hot top are rated at 20,000 BTU on NAT fuel. The control knob for the Southbend 16-inch hot-top burners provides high/low control. The 16-inch hot top features removable steel plates and battery spark ignition. P32 models are specified for use with natural gas. P32 models configured for natural gas require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in. W.C. The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a standard 1-1/4-inch front gas manifold. Each unit has a front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s); all sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately).
