It’s a high-output open-burner range at 388,000 total BTUs, with a 3-burner front/2-burner rear layout using non-clog, Pyromax, and star/sauté burners, plus a convection oven base and standard oven base options; the oven bases run on 120V, 3-phase listed, and the unit is propane. Stainless front/sides, removable cast-iron grates, front manual gas shutoff, and factory-installed regulator make it suited to high-volume restaurant lines and heavy sauté, stock pot, baking, and roasting work rather than light-duty service.
