Electric Steam Kettle, Stationary Pedestal. 2/3 Jacket, 30 Gallon. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle is a pedestal kettle. The KEPS-30 kettle has a capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle is self-generating. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle has a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. 15KW, 208V, 1PH. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle may be supplied for operation at 208 VAC, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz, for 12 to 18 kW only. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle controls are integrally mounted. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low-water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low-water shutoff. Construction is all-welded #4-finish type 304 stainless steel. The interior liner is standard 316 for high-acid-content cooking.
