Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4602DD_NG, is a freestanding 60-inch natural gas unit with two standard oven bases, aimed at heavy-duty line production in full-service kitchens. It has (10) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates plus (2) 45,000 BTU ovens with standing pilot and battery spark ignition, giving a 360,000 BTU total output; the ovens fit full-size pans both ways and the cabinet is 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H.
