CE-348S. The electrically operated steam boiler is steam rated at 15 psi (103 kPa). input kw: 48. The 48 kW CE Series steamer configuration has a maximum output of 148 lb/hr. CE-348S models have a compartment pan output capacity of 148 lb/hr. The cabinet-base steam boiler is suitable for operation at any pressure from 9–11 psi (62–76 kPa). The electrically operated steam boiler has a minimum voltage rating of 240 VAC. The unit comes standard with automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, a water gauge glass, pressure control with secondary safety pressure control, and a safety relief valve. The standard features include a water treatment system, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic boiler blowdown, split water lines, and a steam take off kit. The standard construction includes a polished #4 finish stainless steel cabinet base, a reinforced stainless steel counter top, and hinged door(s) with a magnetic latch; all piping is confined within the cabinet. The CE-348S cabinet has a width of 36 inches (914 mm). The CE Series steamer drain connection is piped to an open floor drain.
