Dough Sheeter. DL12DP. The dough sheeter is rated for up to 600 pieces per hour and has Teflon rollers, an adjustable roller gap, a stainless steel scraper, stainless steel construction, and a 1/2 HP motor. The Doyon dough sheeter is a countertop model. The Doyon dough sheeter has two (2) sets of rollers. The Doyon dough sheeter sheets dough up to 12 inches wide. The DL12DP is not designed for fondant or laminated dough products. The DL12DP is recommended for dough products between 50–60% hydration. The Doyon DL12DP dough sheeter's adjustable roller gap range is 1/32 in (0.79 mm) to 5/32 in (3.9 mm). The Doyon DL12DP 208 V configuration has a rated electrical input of 0.7 kW.
