The KELS Full Jacket Electric Steam Tri-Leg Kettle's listed electrical operation options are rated 50/60 Hz. KELS-20F. The KELS-20F kettle capacity is 20 gallons (76 liters). The KELS kettle has a full steam jacket around the full kettle. The KELS kettle is specified for operation at 240 VAC in its 3-phase option. The KELS-20F has standard available electrical capacity of 18 kW. The controls shall be integrally mounted and shall include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve and low water shut off. The food-contact interior liner of the KELS kettle is standard 316 stainless steel for high-acid-content cooking. Construction shall be all welded #4 finish stainless steel, type 304. The KELS kettle is standard with a 2-inch (50 mm) sanitary draw-off valve.
