Titan™ Heavy Duty Pasta Cooker, Gas. JTPC-24_LP. Propane. Each JTPC-24 pasta cooker is 38 in deep. Each JTPC-24 pasta cooker is 24 in wide. The tank is a fully welded 12-gauge 316L marine-grade stainless steel tank designed for durability in a demanding, water-intensive cooking environment. An integrated faucet simplifies tank filling. Included pasta baskets and interchangeable trivets allow operators to position baskets at different heights according to production needs. The Titan Pasta Cooker has a push-button piezo igniter. A flame failure safety valve automatically shuts off gas if the flame is extinguished.
