The IHPA-6-36SU hot plate has 6 open burners. PyroCentric™ 30,000 BTU (9 KW) anti-clogging burner with a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer feature. Two rings of flame for even heating. Natural Gas. The Imperial IHPA hot plates use standing-pilot ignition. The IHPA-6-36SU hot plate is 31-3/8” D (797 mm) deep. The IHPA-6-36SU hot plate is 36” W (914 mm) wide. The IHPA-6-36SU hot plate is 14-3/4” H (381 mm) high. Stainless steel front, sides and landing ledge for cleanability and professional look. Grates are cast iron for a long service life. Full width, removable crumb tray for easy cleaning.
