EMT-6S-6. The EMT-6S-6 kettles are mounted on a cabinet base. The EMT-6S-6 kettles are direct-connected steam kettles. Each of the two EMT-6S-6 kettles has a capacity of 6 gallons (23 litres). Each EMT-6S-6 kettle has a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. Each EMT-6S-6 kettle tilts to 90°. The EMT-6S-6 is electrically heated by a steam boiler. The 36 kW, 3-phase EMT-6S-6 rating is listed at 220 V. The cabinet base has a full-perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, hot and cold water faucet with control valves, 3 in (76 mm) deep sinks with drain and splash guard, boiler mountings, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic boiler blowdown, split water line, hinged doors with magnetic catches, removable side panels, and an all #4 stainless steel exterior. A water treatment system comes standard.
