The Blodgett Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN oven is pass-through, with access on opposing sides. The Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN is arranged as two ovens stacked vertically. The Invoq Stackit PassThrough is supplied with 8 + 5 heavy-duty stainless steel wire racks as standard for the 10-1/1 GN + 6-1/1 GN capacity configuration. The top oven of the Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN assembly draws 17 A at 480 V, 3-phase AC. The bottom oven of the Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN assembly draws 28 A at 480 V, 3-phase AC. The Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN oven has a QSR (Quick Select Recipes) tailored smart user interface. The cavity is made of 304/DIN 1.4301 steel, with seamless welding and rounded corners for optimal airflow and cleaning.
