It pairs six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates and a 24" raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, then uses two stainless cabinet bases for storage instead of ovens. Built for indoor commercial kitchens that need heavy-line cooking plus extra storage, it includes stainless front/sides, a front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the base sections.
