Imperial’s Spec Series IHR-4-1HT-EW-XB is a 36" freestanding electric heavy-duty range with storage base, built for high-volume commercial kitchens. It has four wafer burners plus one hot top section over an open cabinet, runs on 208V/3-phase with 18 kW total and a 55-amp dedicated circuit, and its 36" x 35.875" x 42" footprint needs floor clearance on all sides; the sealed wafer plates, 650°F max, thermostat control, and infinite heat controls are the main operating differences. This is a no-oven, indoor-only unit with stainless steel construction and an open cabinet base, suited to line cooking and mixed menu production where fast surface recovery and extra undercounter storage matter.
