The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. PCE22S/S-PRO … ovens, with 11 kW heating elements per deck, draw 30.6 A on the Z line in three-phase operation at 208 VAC, 60 Hz; control-panel current is separate. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard-control ovens use a solid-state thermostat control. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard-control oven has a cook timer with a mechanical mechanism. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven with standard controls has a lowest thermostat setting of 140°F. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven with standard controls has a highest thermostat setting of 500°F. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
