Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602CC_LP, is a 60-3/4" wide propane unit with a stainless steel cabinet base, suited to commercial kitchens that need a high-output range rather than a compact line piece. It has ten 27,000 BTU non-clog burners on continuous wavy cast-iron grates for a 270,000 BTU total, plus standing pilot open burners, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, a front manual gas shut-off, and a factory-installed regulator; the rear grate section accepts up to a 14" stock pot. At 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H and 1,075 lb, it is a floor-standing, high-volume range with optional center-opening cabinet doors and caster/quick-disconnect options.
