Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial indoor kitchens, with a 60-3/4" wide, 34" deep floor footprint and standard oven base. It pairs (6) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates and a left-side 24" charbroiler, plus two standard 45,000 BTU ovens with 175°F–550°F thermostatic control, porcelain interiors, and full-size pan capacity; total input is 316,000 BTU on natural gas. Stainless steel front and sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot on the top burners, and battery spark ignition for the ovens make it a heavy-duty high-volume range for restaurant line and multi-oven production.
