The Imperial IRT-14-E is an indoor-only electric freestanding rethermalizer, not an oven, with a 12-gallon water capacity and 8.5 kW output on 208V, 3-phase power. At 16" wide by 35" deep and 32" high, with four casters and a plumbed water line plus drain required, it fits mobile but commercial back-of-house use for restaurants, catering, and institutional kitchens that need reheating of large bags or smaller servings.
