Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603DD-3CR_NG, is a heavy-duty commercial floor range with 4 open star burners, a 36" charbroiler on the right, and two standard oven bases below. It runs on natural gas and is rated at 318,000 BTU total, so it fits high-volume line and grill work rather than a compact prep station; the ovens are 45,000 BTU each with standing pilots, battery spark ignition, and 175°F–550°F thermostatic control, with porcelain interiors sized for full-size pans. Built with stainless front and sides, cast iron removable grates, a manual gas shutoff, and a factory regulator, it’s aimed at serious full-service kitchens that need burner, broiler, and oven capacity in one 60-3/4" footprint.
