The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option D is Standard Oven. gas type: propane. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s), and a 1 in rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). If using a flexible-hose gas connection, the inside diameter of the hose must not be smaller than the connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas connection. The Southbend Model 36D oven has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F. The Southbend Model 36D oven has two racks. The Southbend Model 36D oven's side rails have five positions. Model 36D oven cavity interior height is 14 inches. The Southbend Model 36D oven's porcelain-enamel interior is 26.5 inches deep. Model 36D oven cavity interior width is 26 inches.
