The Jade Chitwood Smoke Broiler KC-24-RAD has a listed width of 24 in. The broiler has infinite-control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. The broiler includes an exclusive Smoke Ejector system and a heavy-gauge smoke drawer with independent control for cold-smoke applications. The grates supplied with the Jade Chitwood Smoke Broiler (model #KC) are cast iron. The broiler is described with 14-gauge all-welded body construction, a stainless-steel front, sides and top rim, and a 12-gauge firebox with all-welded construction. The radiant component in the Jade Titan Chitwood Smoke Broiler “-RAD” model provides even heat.
