Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602DD-2TR_LP, set up for propane and built for commercial indoor use. It combines six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates, a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, and two standard oven bases rated 45,000 BTU each with a 175°F–550°F thermostat range, so it fits high-volume cookline and oven work rather than a compact prep station. The unit is 60.75" wide x 34" deep x 59.5" high, has stainless front/sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot on the top burners, and battery spark ignition for the ovens; it needs 10" rear and right-side clearances and professional installation.
