The JMHBR-36P is a modular radiant plancha broiler. The JMHBR-36P radiant plancha broiler's total gas input is 90,000 BTU/hr. The JMHBR-36P radiant plancha broiler is 36 in (914 mm) wide. The JMHBR-36P radiant plancha broiler is 36-1/4 in deep. The broiler has six 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners, a variable size multi-point gas connection, and ceramic radiants. The broiler features an EZ Clean 4-sided grease trough, a stainless steel front, sides and top, 14 gauge stainless steel all welded body construction, and stainless steel gas tubing throughout. The broiler has a large 26-1/2-inch × 28-1/4-inch lift-out broiler grid, a grid carriage that glides on roller bearing, and a counter balance mechanism. The broiler is supplied with a 3/4 in gas pressure regulator; a gas appliance regulator supplied with the unit must be connected. The Jade Titan radiant plancha broiler requires natural gas at a minimum operating pressure of 5 in. W.C.
