The Invoq Stackit PassThrough capacity is 6 1/1 GN pans + 6 1/1 GN pans. The Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN assembly's top and bottom ovens are specified for a supply voltage of 240 V. The Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN assembly's top and bottom ovens use a three-phase AC supply. The bottom oven of the Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN assembly draws 28 A at 240 V, 3Ph AC. The top oven of the Invoq Stackit PassThrough 1/1 GN assembly draws 28 A at 240 V, 3Ph AC. The interface has a super-wide viewing angle and uses self-explanatory symbols and guidance for operation; it runs on Android 9 and is compatible with Middleby UI for multiple devices with the same control. The cavity is made of 304/DIN 1.4301 steel, with seamless welding and rounded corners for optimal airflow and cleaning.
