These heavy-duty heated transport carts are for correctional use with compartment trays. The PH1410 accommodates 15 trays in the 14”x18” or 15”x20” format. The PH1410 … heated transport carts are capable of heating to 200° F (94° C). The PH1410, PH1420, and PH1430 heated transport carts preheat to 160°F (71°C). The PH1410, PH1420, and PH1430 heated transport carts preheat in approximately 25 minutes. The cabinet is all stainless steel construction, with 16 gauge polished exterior and 20 gauge interior. The bottom-mounted heater is secured in place with a hold-down strap and tamper-resistant fasteners. The entire unit is removable with tools. The heating element is Inconel-sheathed. The internally cooled fan motor is high-impedance protected. The full-range thermostat is concealed for tamper resistance. A power-indicating light is provided.
