SELV184X-OT/FD. Reduced Oil Volume Fryer System. 10.1" OneTouch Controller. Each individual SELV184 or SELV184X fryer has an oil capacity of 40 lb (18.1 kg). fuel type: electric. The SELV184X electric fryer configuration has a nominal electrical input of 14 kW. Each SELV184 fryer requires its own separate power supply. The SELV184(X) fryer system includes Solstice filter drawer oil filtration. The filter system has extra large 3” (7.6 cm) drain lines with a curved-design drain spout that virtually eliminates splashing; the spout swivels for ease of oil disposal. It has a 4.5 gpm (17.0 LPM) filter pump, and the filtered-oil return fitting assists with cleaning the frypot bottom. The filter pan is stainless steel, has rear wheels for handling, and its lid is self-storing. The fryer system has a stainless steel peened tank, stainless front, door and sides. It uses pivoting immersion-type heating elements with a high-temperature alloy sheath, mercury-free contactors, a drain-valve interlock, a 1-1/4 in full-port drain and a 3/16 in bottom-door hinge.
