Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4602CC-4GR_NG, is a commercial freestanding floor range with storage base: two 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy grates and a 48" manual griddle on the right, for a 134,000 BTU total. It runs on natural gas only and has a 60.75" W x 34" D footprint, 59.5" high, with stainless front and sides, front manual shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot on the open burners, and battery spark ignition for the bases. Instead of ovens, it uses two stainless cabinet bases with optional center-opening doors, so it fits high-volume restaurant line work that wants a full-size range top plus under-range dry storage rather than bake capacity.
