Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch freestanding gas range, model 4601CC-2CR_LP, built for commercial kitchens that need high-volume open-top cooking plus a charbroiler. It has six 33,000 BTU patented clog-free cast iron burners and a 24-inch charbroiler on the right, for 262,000 BTU total on propane; the 60.75-inch-wide, 34-inch-deep floor unit also includes two cabinet bases for storage. Stainless steel front and sides, removable cast-iron grates, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and standing pilot on the open tops make it a heavy-duty choice for busy line cooking and grilling.
