Triple Fryer with Filter Drawer. The Anets AGP Series gas fryers use tube-fired construction. Natural Gas. gas input btu: 240000. The AGP60 Series fryer has an oil capacity of 50–60 lb. The Solid State T-Stat control on Anets Platinum (AGP) Series fryers includes a melt cycle. The tank is stainless-steel construction; the cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. A drain-valve interlock safety system turns the heat off to help prevent the oil from scorching or overheating; the fryer also has a high-temperature safety limit switch.
