The Southbend electric steam compartment cooker with electric boiler base is model ECX-2S-6-6. The convection steamer is complete with two 6-gallon kettles … on a modular electric steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. The ECX-2S-6-6 steamer has a capacity of 3 pans per compartment when using 2-1/2-inch-deep pans. Each compartment of the ECX-2S-6-6 … holds 1 pan at 6-inch pan depth. The ECX-2S-6-6 steamer has two 6-gallon kettles. At 42 kW and 3 phase, the equipment draws 116.6 amps per line at 208 V. Each cooking chamber is constructed of all welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. Each cooking compartment includes a timer with a 60-minute duration. Each cooking compartment includes a mechanical timer. An audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking cycle. Each cooking compartment interrupts steam flow to its chamber when its door is opened during the cooking cycle.
