Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4601AC-2TL_NG, is a floor-standing commercial range with storage base, not a countertop or undercounter unit. It pairs six 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron open burners with a 24" thermostatic griddle on the left and a convection oven base, for a 278,000 BTU total output that fits high-volume line cooking and baking. It runs on natural gas with 115V/3-phase electrical for the oven system, measures 60.75" W x 42.13" D x 59.5" H, and adds stainless front/sides, a manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, and optional center-opening cabinet doors.
