The Southbend Platinum Pro Series double-deck convection oven is 64.8 in in height. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 11 kW per deck. For the 11 kW-per-deck PCE22S/S-PRO and PCE22S/T-PRO ovens, the listed supply voltage is 208 VAC. PCE22S/S-PRO and PCE22S/T-PRO ovens, with 11 kW heating elements per deck, draw 30.6 A on the X line in three-phase operation at 208 VAC, 60 Hz; control-panel current is separate. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series control panel is on the front, at the right side of the oven. Digital Touchscreen Controls have manual, recipe, or rack modes. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series touchscreen-control oven has a lowest temperature-controller setting of 150°F. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has a two-speed fan motor.
