The Model APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series is a low-profile counter high-production charbroiler for space-saving installation on work tables, counters, or properly insulated refrigerated/freezer bases. APM-RMB-672. APM size 672 has 16 burners. APM size 672 has a standard gas output of 240,000 Btu/hr (70 kW). The APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler requires a natural-gas supply pressure of 7–10 inches W.C. (17.4 mbars / 1.74 kPa). The charbroiler has independent gas burners, with individual burner controls mounted every 4 to 4-1/2 inches for flexible use. The unit has double-walled stainless steel construction and is fully insulated on all sides. The E-Z Tilt top grid drains grease into the front trough.
