IHR-G36-M manual-control models have griddle tops. The IHR-G36-M model is a countertop model. Propane. The manual-control IHR-G36-M has a gas output of 90,000 BTU per hour (26 kW). “U” shaped burners have 30,000 (9 kw) BTU output, located every 12” (305mm) with one control per burner. The page specifies manifold pressure of 10.0 in. W.C. for propane gas. The griddle tops on the IHR-G36, IHR-G36-C, IHR-G36-XB, and IHR-G36-M manual-control models are 36 in. wide (914 mm).
