The GPC-18 Pasta Pro is NSF certified. The GPC-18 pasta cooker's LP gas configuration is specified at 10 inches water column. The GPC-18 has a total gas input rated from 80,000 to 160,000 BTUH. The GPC-18 Pasta Pro has a full-input setting of 160,000 BTU. “Power Burst” feature controls the BTU input at the flip of a switch. Built-in manual water-fill enables the operator to adjust water input for continuous refill. Manual water control eliminates the need for complicated floats and costly components. Tube type design assures maximum heat input across the 18” cooking area. Cook pot and burner tubes are special marine grade stainless steel specifically for water applications. The GPC-18 cookpot is marine-grade stainless steel … the cabinet is stainless steel.
