Southbend Platinum Series PE36T-TTT is a 36" electric sectional range with a TruVection oven base, set up as a floor model for indoor commercial use. It has a 36" griddle section with three 5.3 kW heating elements, three control knobs, and thermostatic griddle control from 150°F to 450°F, plus a 1/2" thick plate, side and rear splashers, and a removable grease drawer; the unit is 208V, 3-phase, 15.9 kW, and weighs 675 lb. With stainless steel front, sides, rear, and bottom, full insulation, and a 5" stainless flue riser, it is aimed at higher-volume cooklines and banquet-style production where a compact 36" sectional footprint and electric operation are the deciding factors.
