The Star-Max 6015CBF, 6024CBF, 6036CBF, and 6048CBF are lava-rock charbroiler models. Star-Max radiant and lava rock charbroilers are designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of products. The units are designed with durability and flexibility in mind with cast burners and a control knob for each twelve [12] inch (304mm) section. The grates have been designed to hold a high capacity of product for maximum efficiency under demanding cooking situations. The charbroilers are constructed in the U.S.A. and feature a stainless front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough. They use lava rocks … to transfer heat to the product. Star-Max charbroiler grates are adjustable in 6-inch sections. Models 6024CBF … are 24 in (610 mm) wide. models 6024CBF … have a height of 15.4 in (391 mm). Models 6024CBF and 6124RCBF have a gas input of 80,000 BTU for natural gas. Star-Max gas charbroilers models 6024CBF and 6124RCBF are shipped set up for natural gas. 6024CBF … require at least 6 in (152 mm) clearance at both sides from any combustible surface. 6024CBF … require at least 6 in (152 mm) clearance at the back from any combustible surface.
