Imperial® Spec Series IHR-3HT-3-P_LP is a 36" freestanding gas range for commercial use with a convection-style Provection oven, running on propane at 292,000 total BTU. It combines three 18" x 28" hot tops with three open front burners, each burner having its own manual control, adjustable gas valve, and standing pilot, so it fits high-volume line cooking where you need both flat-top production and burner flexibility. The unit is 36" W x 36" D x 36" H on heavy-duty 6" legs, uses 120V single-phase power for the oven blower, and includes a stainless exterior, porcelain oven interior, Ametek thermostat control, cool-down feature, and three chrome oven racks.
