Hot Plates Ranges
The JHPE-3-336 step up hot plate has elevated “step up” rear burners. The step up hot plates have cast iron open burners. The step-up hot plates are gas-fired. Natural-gas step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. This unit must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. JHPE-3-336 is listed as 36 inches wide. The Jade JHPE-3-336 hot plate has a depth of 29-3/4 inches.
