Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4601AA-3CL_NG, is a freestanding commercial range for natural gas with a 60.75" x 43.6" footprint and 59.5" overall height. It combines 4 patented non-clog burners, a 36" charbroiler on the left, and a two-convection-oven base, for a 292,000 BTU high-volume cookline suited to grilling, sautéing, and baking in one station. It runs on 115V/3-phase electric for the convection components, has stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, a factory-installed regulator, and a front manual gas shut-off; it needs 10" rear/side clearances and professional installation.
