The convection steamer is complete with a … 10 Gallon Kettle on a modular gas fired steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. GCX-10S-10. Each GCX-10S steamer compartment holds 10 pans at 1-inch pan depth. Each GCX-10S steamer compartment holds 3 pans at 4-inch pan depth. Each GCX-10S steamer compartment holds 2 pans at 6-inch pan depth. The GCX gas steamer gas supply specifications list an input rate of 250,000 BTU/hour [73.3 kW/hour]. The GCX gas steamer natural-gas supply pressure is 7–14 in water column [178–355 mm]. The GCX gas steamer controls' electrical supply is single-phase (1PH). The GCX gas steamer controls' electrical supply frequency is 60 Hz. Each compartment includes a 60-minute mechanical timer with ready and cooking pilot lights.
